Joshua – Status Update

April 12, 2026

Joshua remains somewhat sedated because of the tube in his chest. His desire for the day was to watch Toy Story on the Disney channel. He made that clear using the letter board.

Joshua knows that he has surgery tomorrow. Joshua does not like most medical procedures, so there is no surprise he is nervous about tomorrow. We spoke with him. We prayed together. Joshua is generally calm anyhow, and his disposition continues to appear calm. The prayer is that Joshua will remain calm through tomorrow and that the surgery goes well.
